Can't recommend highly enough for a walk in evening

Clean room, comfortable pillows, and great location for easy access to nearby attractions made my overnight stay pleasant and hassle-free.

All was flawless.

Terrible breakfast foots outside didn't lock

booked a room with heart shaped hot tub. the staff was polite and incredible and responsive to requests. the hotel's location was easy, near hill, california, theater.

the breakfast was pretty basic. but the staff was very helpful and friendly. the location was convenient for highway access. the rooms were decently clean, and the pool area was well maintained.

although in a non smoking room the halls were filled with smoke (marj). staff not very pleasant.

It was adequate

It smelled like chlorine in my room or pool associated fungus. My room was not very close to the pool The only smoking room should be at the far end of the facility instead of near the middle of th hallway on the first floor

The clean environment was a real plus ! I felt fresh and comfortable 😌 the parking lot felt a bit sketchy at times. Decent for a quick stop.

Everything was great.

On the first day we were getting ready to leave, and the person that cleans, was already rushing us to go.

Food was good...rooms clean...beds comfortable.

Nosiey walls to thin. There was not a good place for our dog to walk. Not your fault that some people filled up 2 plates with muffins and all the butter to take back to the room. Must have been 12 people in his room.

The attentive staff, especially manager Nora, ensured that all my needs were met during my work trip. I found the clean environment refreshing, and the convenient accessibility to nearby restaurants made it easy to grab meals after a long day. The business center provided me with the essential resources I needed to complete my tasks efficiently.

Limited seating in common areas.

Our window poured in water all night and the staff said all of them were. Doors are SO loud when closing and the entire room smelled like pets, wet ones.

hated entire stay,crappy customer service,room was disgusting & for a non smoking room smelled like an ash trash which didn't help my granddaughters w/asthma,requested a room on bottom floor due to my husband being disabled&my own health issues...Lexi was RUDE, needs to be fired OR trained on how to 1)communicate properly to paying guest 2) staff was not trying nor did they care about our concerns...we were put on 3rd floor WITH no elevator even after i reminded them about request for bottom floor....i have more to say but will stop here

Breakfast options could use improvement.

Good continental breakfast

Pool closed to Early at 9pm. No weekend late pool. Should be 10 or 11pm. Also King size bed had very small pillows

Quiet location rooms were clean

No elevator dirty halls and outside area very limited breakfast
